Review on Book 2 Nan & Me series -

"Nan, Where Did We Come From?"

"This book is beautifully written for younger students. I have used it with my year 1 students as a provocation in art lessons about the sky and using the beautiful images in this book to help explain how we use our minds and imagination to view constellations. By using this book, I was able to talk about science, art and First Nations cultural beliefs, all in a 1 hour lesson. Thank you!"

Ganu Gii Creations would like to acknowledge the Traditional Peoples of the lands in which we live, breathe and create. We pay our Respects to our Elder's past, present and extend that respect to all First Nations peoples. We recognise the connection that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples have to the lands, water ways and skies, a bond that has existed for tens of thousands of years. And thank our Ancestors for maintaining this beautiful land we call home. May Lore and Culture Indelibly Live On.
