1. About Ganu Gii Creations

 

Ganu Gii Creations is a First Nations-owned business dedicated to creating culturally inspired clothing, accessories, and artwork. Our mission is to promote unity, mental health awareness, and cultural pride while giving back to our community.

 

2. Ordering & Payments

  • All prices on our website are listed in AUD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • We accept payments via Credit Card, PayPal and Afterpay. Orders will be processed once full payment has been received.

  • Custom orders or pre-orders may require additional processing time, which will be specified at checkout.

 

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer both domestic shipping and pick up at selected location on Springfield Lakes QLD 4300. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

  • We aim to process orders within 5-7 business days. However, custom or handmade products may take longer.

  • Ganu Gii Creations is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • If a package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at [Contact Email] for assistance.

 

4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our handmade and custom products, we do not offer refunds unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, providing a description and photos of the issue.

  • Approved returns must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

 

5. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, artwork, logos, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Ganu Gii Creations.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

  • Any unauthorized use of our artwork, including reselling without consent, may result in legal action.

 

6. Custom & Cultural Designs

  • Our designs are inspired by First Nations culture and traditions. We respectfully ask that our artwork not be misrepresented or used without cultural understanding. 

  • Custom orders must be approved before production. Any requested changes after approval may incur additional fees.

 

7. Community Contributions

A portion of our profits is donated to community initiatives supporting mental health and cultural programs. We appreciate your support in making a difference.

 

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and store customer information securely and do not share personal data with third parties, except where required for order fulfillment.
