1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and refunds only under the following conditions:

The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
You contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Items Not Eligible for Returns & Refunds:

Custom or personalised orders (as they are made specifically for you).
Sale or discounted items (all sales are final).
Gift cards or digital downloads.
Change of mind returns (unless required by local consumer laws).

2. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

To initiate a return or refund:

2. Provide Photos: If the item is damaged or incorrect, attach clear photos for verification.

3. Approval & Instructions: If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions via your email.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost returns.

4. Processing of Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
