At Ganu Gii Creations, we are committed to delivering high-quality, culturally inspired products with care. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

1. Processing & Handling Time

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Custom and handmade items may require additional time. Estimated processing times will be displayed on the product page.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer both domestic and local pick-up.

Standard Domestic: 5 -7 Business days | $11.95
Express Domestic: 3 - 5 Business days | $16.95 (Free Express Shipping on orders over $150)
Local Pick up Springfield Lakes Orion Shopping Centre: After processing and handling is complete (2-4 business days)
Delivery Times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforseen circumstances.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

3. Tracking & Delivery

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is shipped.
If your package is marked as 'delivered' but you haven't received it, please check with your local postal service or neighbour's before contacting us.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

4. International Shipping

There is no international shipping at this time. Domestic shipping only.

5. Shipping Address & Changes

Ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.

If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at ganugiicreations@outlook.com. Address changes after shipment are not possible.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage.

If your package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. Refunds or replacements are issued based on carrier confirmation.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by weather, customs, or courier service disruptions.

7. Returns Due to Incorrect Address

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping fees.

If a refund is requested instead, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
